Support Freedom to Care.........
Freedom to Care is a company limited by guarantee - which means that it is non-profit but accountable under UK company law. It operates under a constitution (Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association) accepted by Companies House. It is run by volunteers and its policy is not to take money from governments or private corporations. It has accepted some small grants from Foundations. It strives to remain independent and committed to its ideals.
It provides information on this site which has proved to be useful to professionals, students, civil servants, independent consultants, unions, professional associations, employers and managers, and - most importantly - to conscientious employees, workers and citizens in difficulty. We aim to keep it all FREE. We depend entirely on membership subscriptions and donations. If you find something useful to you on this site please think of joining up or sending us a donation whether small or large - we'll continue doing the hard work! Cheques payable to 'Freedom to Care' at address above (Our bank account is with the Cooperative Bank.) Of course, if you have free services or work to offer us please get in touch! Thanks.
